Mr. Robinson has conceived and commercialized several successful companies throughout his career, and as part of their success has led these companies through various stages of growth, including to acquisition or successful exit. In addition to founding and exiting his own companies, Mr. Robinson has held executive positions with multi-national corporations and helped numerous other entrepreneurs and companies as an angel investor, advisor, board director or consultant. In these roles Mr Robinson further developed his skillsets and expertise associated with corporate strategy, innovation, commercialization, regulatory, equity financing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Robinson had the privilege of working with the Saskatchewan Food Centre as a board director and worked alongside management as the organization pursued a significant expansion, financing and designed and implemented a new corporate direction. Mr. Robinson was also excited to have been involved with the creation of several fund Initiatives, bringing together industry leading participants with the focus to invest in, house and mentor promising technologies within the agriculture & agri-food industry. In this capacity Mr. Robinson was able to leverage his expertise and background while collaborating with other directors to bring revolutionary innovation to the global marketplace. Prior to these roles, Mr. Robinson was founder and CEO of MPT (a technology company developing natural solutions for the control of nematodes and diseases in speciality crops), Founder of BioFume, a company working on biodegradable antimicrobial food packaging and angel investor and mentor for several promising technology companies. Today, Mr. Robinson continues to enjoy helping those building the companies of tomorrow. As the interim CEO and President of the Global Agri-Food Advancement Partnership (GAAP). GAAP is a new venture fund and incubator offering extensive capital, world class facilities and customized support to the most promising developing companies within the global ag and food space.Mr. Robinson also holds the position of COO at Ag-West Bio, owner and CEO of P.Corp, and investor, advisor and director to numerous start-ups.
