Manage bulk input of applicant and employee data into custom healthcare background checking solution from 70 client hospitals. I inherited a system of 65+ MS Access databases to ETL and prepare data for import into system. Developed an Access database with SQL server backed to manage the meta data about what the work load is and when clients submit data. Created an SSIS ETL package to scan for files being submitted via several Secure FTP Sites which are reported via MS Access management application. The management application communicated with the individual access dbs to process the files into the appropriate format for import to main application. Worked on plan to convert MS Access databases to a single SSIS ETL solution for eventual hand-off to IT for integration into main background check solution. Worked with customers to resolve problems with input file data integrity and scheduling of file delivery. Created ad hoc reports using Excel and SSRS. Some experience with Cognos report creation and distribution and modification. Created small data warehouse for reporting via SSRS.

Resposible for all DFWHC SQL servers. Setup, Maintenance, Monitoring and development. Skilled in SSIS and DTS ETL Package design.

I used to be full time at Valiant from 1985-1995. Then I left and got into IT. Now I am working part time doing drawings for Valiant. Recently acquired Inventor LT Suite 2010. Currently working to build part library of Valiant Parts. At a future date, will acquire Inventor full version and begin modeling assemblies of each Valiant Model. Valiant Is no longer in production but I do a few things for them when they need something done.
