In February 2011, I was seconded to the Department of Finance to serve as the lead financial services trade negotiator- Conducted trade negotiations with a variety of partners- Developed negotiating strategies- Organized Financial Sector Policy Dialogue between Canada and China

Following a leave of absence to work at the EBRD, I returned to Industry Canada to focus on trade negotiations. - Represented the Government of Canada at internal trade negotiations with provincial and territorial governments- Participated in development of the agreement on labour mobility- Managed a team of trade professionals

Managed insolvency-related technical assistance projects in South Eastern Europe and Russia- Developed regulatory capacity in EBRD countries of operation through legislative reform and development of regulatory bodies- Conducted legal reviews and comparative analysis of insolvency regimes in EBRD countries of operation.- Donor-funded project management and design

My career started at Industry Canada in 1998.
