Currently I am a Senior Advisor at America Achieves and a Co-Founder and Senior Advisor for Greenhouse E3. I was a Co-Founder of FirstLine Schools, a network of charter schools across New Orleans, where I served as CEO from 2008-2019. I was also the founder of Leading Educators, and I served as Director of Education for ARK Schools in London, leading a network of academies and co-founding two national leadership training programs for leaders of open admissions urban schools.Through board service, I also support the work of SELF (Special Education Leader Fellowship), Catalyst-Ed, and the New Orleans Career Center.
