Our Mission. Nevada Israel Gateway Associates LLC (NIGAL) was established in early 2010 by Abraham Sofer and Jay Amernick to serve as the bridge in the State of Nevada for Israeli companies who want to establish and /or expand their business in the USA and launch their US headquarters in Nevada. As a collateral product, the venture is expected to create a spring board for the development of a diversified technology hub in the state, which will generate jobs in many sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, engineering, marketing, legal, accounting, venture capital and the financial markets. NIGAL’s goals are modeled after similar ventures in a few other states but with a strong emphasis on the unique attributes of Nevada and the expertise of its founders.
