Helped setup the current stock locator system at Sportchek 0313o Sterling System (DOM) management and practice. Working as a sport delivery intern, I helped manage, coordinate and play the role of point of contact on race day for all vendors associated with the 2017 MTB Australia National Championships.- Stakeholder Communicationo Communicating with parties via email, phone and meetings to secure proper information in lead up to National Championship weekend- Logistical Preparationo Planning and organizing the various logistics involved with an amateur sporting event including but not limited to food, medical, course labourers, entertainment etc.- Sponsorship Planning/Activationo Creating, understanding and executing sponsorship plans for various stakeholders involved throughout event to guarantee all parties were satisfied with the sponsorship agreement put into placeo Creating several tiered sponsorship proposals to send out and engage with potential sponsors - National Championships race day activationo Arriving on site to facilitate and execute all the planning done in the months leading up to the evento Using my office knowledge to achieve a successful event for racers, the organization and the various participants involved in the evento Also used as a floater throughout the venue in any area that needed help on event weekend
