I am responsible for: gathering carts in the parking lot, minor janitorial duties throughout the store(i.e. spills, parking lot beautification, etc.), handling customer services calls pertaining to items in the store. Customer service, bagging groceries, conducting hourly sweeps of the store floor and helping customers to their car is the bulk of my duties. I am also in charge of writing out the day's duties for the other courtesy clerks, this involves finding a balanced rotation of carts and sweeps as well as balancing break times for courtesy clerks.

I did 2 tours of duty in Iraq (@003-2004 and 2005-2006 respectively). I was in charge of a team of 3 men in a direct line Infantry platoon. Our main duties included security for diplomats and other high risk individuals. Sector security inside the Karraddah District in the Heart of Baghdad. Later duties included heavy weapons gunner (SAW M-249, M-240B, MOD .50CAL) and Driver (HMMV, M1-A3 Bradley, M1-A1 Abrams Tank)
