Manager (projects) at Head Office, Kolkata.Having key features - Cost control, project planning, Timely submission of MIS Reports consists of costing reports, operationalreports, budget cash flows, billing reports, list of futher required Material for executing the project.• Change Management Monitoring, Analysis and Final Reporting.• Monitoring Sequence of Work to ensure Cost, Quality & Time effectiveness.• Ensure proper execution of processes/systems/ procedures for the project as perSOP• Budgeting/Execution• Detailed review and approval of Project Budget on periodic basis• Preparation of Projected Cash Flow for 3 months & monthly tracking• Monitoring of Design Review meeting and sharing feedback• Bill Scheduling- Tracking of complete billing process from Work Done till submissionof bills to HO• Approval of Tender Document based on standard description• Preparation of WO will be based on tender document.
