Engage in centre visits to asses quality performance , including but not limited to practises , financial performance , customer satisfaction , programming , staff moral and appearance with the area. Assess and coach centre directors to apply a more self sufficient approach to their roles ( including performance management staff appraisals etc ) Identify and implement key learning areas for centre directors to manage their teams effectively . Assess team dynamics and develop ongoing succession plans for the area and each centre that will enhance professional growth for all staff . Review KPI's on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure efficiency Identify and consult with the regional manger regarding opportunities for improvement .Ensure all centre meet regulations Ensure all centres operate to the highest standards.Liaise with external departments effectively to ensure that common goals are met .
