Primary responsibilities include:• Handling financial information and current medical, contractual, and liability records for all members of team program (over 100 members)• Responsible for entries into competitions, communicating with host teams as to participant status, and financial responsibilities• Responsible for assisting with maintaining accurate records involving financial activity of class program participants (over 700 clients), maintaining records of class participation, and assisting clients with various questions• Interacted with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, as well as finding solutions to issues that they had.• Supervise numerous part and full-time staff members to ensure that proper protocols are properly followed, and that staff is maintaining principles of safety first, while keeping participant enjoyment at the forefront• Ensured that all employees followed established facility protocol, as well as adjusting due to any unforeseen circumstances (employee absences, additional clients showing up, etc.)• Made recommendations to owner on ways to increase revenue and facility performance• Responsible for running and maintaining accurate company website• Responsible for development and coaching of numerous children aged 5-18 in the artistic gymnastics events• Responsible for coaching, development and implementation of various motivational techniques, communication with parents, organization and running of practices for highly successful and competitive team
