• Manage large client accounts as well as new business development in the Western Region of North Carolina to include Data Centers, Healthcare Systems and Municipalities.
• Work directly with our clients to identify maintenance deficiencies and provide advice and recommendations for repair or refurbish, working within the needs and the budget of the facility.
• Responsible for managing and negotiating customer service/ maintenance agreements and contracts.
• Responsible for quoting repair jobs for client review, estimating the completion date and then implementing and managing the job to completion.
• Work directly with our service department to schedule work, negotiate labor rates and mitigate fairness for the client.
• Investigate and resolve client issues such as billing, workmanship and efficiency.
