Led a team of 78 personnel in day to day operations executing campus infrastructure maintenance. Provides engineering expertise in the oversight of campus construction projects. Executed Facility Condition Assessment for campus facilities in support of development of Asset Management Plan. Identified building component deficiencies which are used in the development of the Campus Five Year Infrastructure Deferred Maintenance Plan. Lead engineer for $5M donor funded Citadel Boating Center and Marina redevelopment. Project includes dredging of existing marina basin and channel, development of new dock plan to support sailing and crew programs and design/construction of new clubhouse facility. Responsible for development and implementation of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) headquarters facility master planning for over 4,000 personnel. Provided construction engineering services, developed project schedules and Military Construction (MILCON) funding coordination for $275M HQ project delivering a 258,000 SF facility. Developed solutions for optimization of headquarters facility leveraging commercial technology to integrate Building information Modeling (BIM) and achieving Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) status all while assuring functionality and staff interoperability within the facility footprint.

Managed and analyzed Air Force’s worldwide Military Construction (MILCON), Military Family Housing, environmental, high value operations & maintenance, and other capital investments valued in excess of $12B annually. Led AF analysis for facility recapitalization and facility demolition programs to meet Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) guidance. Integrated, evaluated, and analyzed the $695B Air Force Program across the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) and was responsible for maintaining the integrity and discipline of the Air Force Corporate Structure (AFCS) process. Reviewed, developed, and evaluated the funding options for the SECAF/CSAF to meet worldwide air and space requirements and balance force readiness and sustainability with force modernization. Managed base central utilities with the Department of Defense’s (DoD's) largest (16.5MW) standby power plant, 5.5K ton chilled water plant, 56 MBTU heat plant, 3.8M gal water plant, and a 152K gal/day wastewater treatment plant. Planned and executed $13M+ annual budget for service contracts, supplies, equipment, and utilities.
