I am the Chair of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Distressed Investing Practice Group of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, a regional law firm with over 370 lawyers throughout the Southeast. I represent debtors, banks, secured creditors, indenture trustees, and purchasers of distressed assets in complex business and municipal bankruptcy cases and in out-of-court workouts, reorganizations, restructurings, and liquidations. I also have extensive experience in state and federal court receivership actions, both in representing creditors seeking the appointment of a receiver for their collateral and in representing the court-appointed receivers.
