Work Responsibilities- Study customer’s Statement of requirement (SOR) for new product development or design improvement.- The products mainly include automotive NVH components such as engine mounts, Suspension bushes, steering bushes, Torsional vibration dampers, bump stoppers, Rubber hoses etc., made of elastomers and their supportive components like metallic bracketing, mounting plates, cups, etc.- Decide product design strategy as per the design project type- Responsible for preparing 3D designs based on specifications mentioned in SOR and discussions with cross functional teams- Prepare CAE strategies, CAE models, and study and validate the results.- Perform Non Linear CAE analysis on Automotive Rubber products using ABAQUS, Hypermesh.- Perform Structural and Modal analysis for supportive components like Brackets, mounting plates, cups etc- Support Development, Testing and Production teams during prototyping and before start of SOP- Addressing field failure issues in collaboration with cross functional team.

Work and Responsibilities:-Prepare CAD models of various automotive components, Oil and gas industry components, household electric components for various CAE and CFD projects.-Carry out CAE analysis of designed components-Study various methodologies for CAE of Nonlinear materials like Elastomers-Study theories of mechanical behaviour of elastomers along with theories of various material models used in CAE solvers.-Test various CAE methodologies and validate them using available physical test data for automotive NVH components-Worked on static thermal analysis and structural analysis on various components from oil and gas, and Process industry

• Worked as member of Part Modeling(Development) team of NX, a leading PLM software of Siemens PLM. Worked on development of NX 9.0 and maintenance of NX 8.5,8.0 • Carried out my MTech. Dissertation.• Worked on quality in Selection Intent functionality of NX• Responsible for Build Management
