Leading a team of Data Scientists and Analytics Developers (11 direct reports) dedicated to providing data-driven decision making tools for IP’s corrugated box business/domain. The team utilizes technologies such as Azure Synapse, PySpark, Python, R, MS SQL and SAP BW/HANA to help uncover valuable insights for strategic planning and business optimization in both commercial and manufacturing domains.

Leading a newly formed IT team focused on acceleration of analytics solutions for IP’s North American Container division.

In September 2015, I took a new role with International Paper's Container IT - Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Mobility team. I was the IT Project Manager for a large Business Intelligence project using MySQL, Oracle, and SAP BW / BusinessObjects Enterprise tools. Additionally, I became a subject matter expert on several key reporting tools.

I held one of the Build Coordinator positions within IP's RADS - Solution Management team. (Rapid Application Development Services). I coordinated project and application enhancement demand and support for the Printing and Communications Papers and Coated Paperboard business units and the Human Resources, Legal, and Global Supply Chain staff groups. Additionally, I chaired the RADS Steering Committee. I was heavily involved with our mobile application development initiatives, having performed the role of Solution Delivery Manager for IP's first in-house developed and publicly-distributed iOS application.

In this role, I worked as a Business Analyst for the Printing and Communications Papers business unit. My focus was primarily on eCommerce and eMarketing solutions (through social media campaigns and microsites). I supported International Paper's SAP Portal eCommerce platform with direct B2C customer issue resolution. I also played the role of Site Security Administrator for the P&CP business which included responsibilities such as provisioning role-based SAP access and assisting with security audits. I was formally recognized by the Senior Vice President of the P&CP business unit for my role in enabling IT solutions that led to new business.

While working toward the completion of my MBA, I worked as a graduate assistant in the Graduate Studies in Business office at Mississippi State. I was responsible for maintaining the GSB web page and other IT functions. In addition to my IT role, I assisted current and prospective students with course selection for their chosen program of study.

Summer-only IT internship. 3 summers. I provided direct end-user support by troubleshooting common office PC issues for a large medical clinic. I deployed new workstations and retired old workstations. I assisted with the segmentation of the network into logical VLANs by department. I assisted with the deployment of the first WiFi network at Hattiesburg Clinic.
