Main focus schedule calibrate and test over 400 pieces of onsite production equipment (PLC, Furnaces, Flow, Conductivity, pH, ect. per month in all fields of measurement. Meet with process and quality assurance engineers to discuss improvements with testing procedures for custom equipment to prevent excessive down time and provide less intrusive testing processes for equipment in clean rooms. Secondary focus calibration of custom physical/dimensional fixtures used in biomedical equipment productions.

Trouble shoot, repair and calibrate the test measurement and diagnostic equipment with a specialty in mechanical discipline and also in physical and dimensional discipline. Training Jr techs in my areas of expertise. Maintain records for all TMDE with in the shop. Explain to customers why there equipment has failed and suggest and train users how to properly use there equipment. Move to a customer site and set up a calibration program and train the customer on the calibration process so that they can run the calibration program effectively once I am gone.

Set up diet and work out programs for clients to improve over all health and reach there physical goals. Meet with clients and administer physical fitness test and demonstrate exercises.
