I believe each of my accomplishments detailed within my resume reflect over 20 years experience in wood finishing. Within each position I have held has enabled me to be proficient or knowledgeable with the use of various finishing materials including but not limited to N/C lacquer, conversion varnish, staining and color matching techniques, epoxies, urethane and acrylic urethane, polyester, and water based systems, on wood and metal substrates, and the repair and touch-up of these finishes. Special attention is constantly directed toward operational improvements and cost reduction. Producing a quality product at competitive costs is always foremost on my agenda.
