Using MS Excel and MS Access I designed database interfaces and structure for KVI report matching payroll with revenue data. In addition I established detailed Fixed Asset project database in MS Access allowing management to track construction in progress in many projects.I also used MS Excel and MS Access to complete budget load of 2018 budget information. I also streamlined Prepaid Entries and Cash Bank account entry journals and reconciliations.

Payroll report is issued to all department heads with detail general ledger reconciling exactly with detail payroll report. • Timely completion of all major expense accruals for gaming, hotel, marketing and other departments. Special attention is paid to capture accruals in which period expenditure invoices have not yet been received. All department heads receive G/L detail for preliminary financial within 7 working days.• Due to the accuracy of the close accruals absolutely no adjusting entries have been required for last year’s audit and the three quarterly reviews by Deloitte and Touche.• Timely reconciliation of all Fixed Asset account detail. FAS system was created and maintained by myself from May 2002 on.• Responsible for supervision of accounting departments along with soft count, hotel and revenue accounting in prior years.
