Way back when, I move to LA to be an actor. Shortly in, I realized that, although I did want the finish line, I did not want the journey. But there I was in LA working in a restaurant. Little by little, I got more involved with the behind the scenes and ended up being invited to work in an R&D capacity in the corporate test bar. Fast-forward 20 years and here I am, still doing that same thing. I get to work with pastries and gelato and food occasionally but, for the most part, beverage R&D is my jam.For those who are interested, some of my outside-of-work passions include music, nutrition, functional medicine and above all of that is my commitment to my wonderful wife and my 2 kids and to my Lord and Savior, Jesus. Without Him I am nothing. With Him, I can do all things.
