I am a licensed commercial real estate broker based in Milwaukee, WI. I focus on retail real estate including Tenant and Landlord representation, leasing, investment sales, development, redevelopment, vacant land sales and ground leases throughout the state of Wisconsin and the entire country through our affiliation with Retail Brokers Network. I have represented or worked on deals with numerous local, regional and national tenants, some of which include: McDonald's, Kids Empire, LightRx, Verizon Wireless, Chase Bank, Gerber Automotive, Batteries Plus, Oportun, AutoZone and many others.Additionally, I work with local, regional and national developers in assisting with land acquisition and assemblage, leasing and disposition.I am an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), Commercial Association of Realtors-WI (CARW) where I serve as Co-Chair on the planning committee for the annual CARW Milwaukee Retail Show, and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) where I am a co-chair for the RBN Tenant Council.
