Product type experience includes: residential, multifamily, industrial, office, retail and lodging. Experience also includes entity level corporate finance and programmatic/business plan financing related to real estate, and REIT privatization.Established relationships with a comprehensive group of capital providers including: pension funds and their advisors, opportunity funds, finance companies, endowments, insurance companies, private syndications, and private equity and investors. Arranged project financing with a variety of debt instruments including: predevelopment, A&D, construction, mini-perm, bridge, permanent, public finance districts, high yield bond issues and mezzanine.Managed all areas of the capital raising process including: initiation/engagement, underwriting/financial analysis, due diligence, offering memoranda, negotiation, documentation and funding. Responsible for training of all hires within the investment banking group, as well as administrative staff.
