Partner at a firm with 10 contractors in the greater Calgary Region.Partner & Real Estate Appraiser (Fee Appraiser)• Conduct inspections of residential properties and prepare professional appraisal reports to estimate the market value for various lenders, lawyers, real estate agents and individuals• Commercial appraisals completed/coordinated with AACI members• Reports used for: financing, sales, division of assets, power of sale and estate• Responsible for business development and client relationship management• Developed great objectivity skills and an excellent degree of professionalism • Experience appraising over 2,000 residential properties• Accepts challenging assignments, including atypical properties and acreage properties• Completes land appraisals and injurious affection cases

• Responsible for developing accounting assignments and exams forassessment, approved by NCUK (UK partner universities)• Marking coursework and exams according to Leeds-Metropolitan University standards• Teach Chinese and International students in years one and two• Year 1 Business topics include: marketing, accounting, management theory• Year 2 Finance topics include: CAPM, mortgages, valuation, annuities/perpetuity, MM theory, Beta, securities, bonds• Year 2 Accounting topics include: income statement and balance sheet preparation and analysis, control accounts, disposal of fixed assets, budgets, cash flow, variance analysis, absorption costing
