***Mechanical Inspector***-Perform visual and dimensional inspection functions of machined parts using various inspection equipment inclusive of the following:*Calipers / Micrometers / Gauge Pins / Optical Comparator / CMM*-Inspect dimensions & tolerances of machined parts for accuracy to print specifications. First piece, in-process and final.-Knowledge of and exposure to GD&T.-Visually inspect plating of machined parts for imperfections prior to tooling assembly (Anodize / Hard Coat / Nickel / Electro Polish).-Perform laser engraving of designated part numbers on completed machined components prior to tooling assembly.-Maintain accurate documentation per internal / external tooling prints and inspection reports.-Interface with engineering staff and machinists as needed.***Student at Bucks County Community College***Advanced Manufacturing / Metalwork Training inclusive of the following:-Metal Fabrication-Machine Operator-Material Handler-Welder-OSHA certified (10 hour general industry)-OSHA certified (Forklift safety)***Analytical Instrument Service Technician***- Experienced service technician for pharmaceutical instrumentation encompassing multiple vendor platforms of High Pressure & Medium Pressure Liquid Chromatography systems as well as Evaporative Light Scattering Detectors.- Onsite services inclusive of performing preventive maintenance, responding to corrective maintenance calls, optimized parts sourcing with inventory control and instrumentation decommissioning.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple vendor software platforms (Biotage, Varian, Shimadzu).- OSHA certified (30 hour general industry).
