Through this I created network designs that covered the deployment of 2 separate Cloud Network Data Centers (once partnering with VMWare and once again with EMC and the vBlock solution), security solutions and storage solutions. I was also responsible for the network design to support Capita’s roll out of Office 365. At Capita the Network TDA was the design authority for any network component of any architecture design, it was the responsibility of the TDA to produce designs that met the customer requirements whilst being aware of the possible technologies that could be deployed and the most cost-effective way to do so. As part of this I would be responsible for documenting all designs, passing them through a Design Review board and creating all materials necessary for a Network Engineer to deploy this solution. Also, Capita is a multi-vendor company meaning many solutions used hardware from different vendors covering; Cisco, F5, Nokia and HP. Show less
