Years of working various roles throughout the retail, contact centre and healthcare industries have forged me into a well rounded customer service professional. Skills I have honed include; shift management, coaching, data analysis, team development, customer relations and IT. These skills have formed a strong passion in team and personal development which has helped me thrive in coaching and team lead environments. My current role sees me take responsibility of our company bookings, a key project which affects the day in day out success of our business. In the future I’d love to develop my coaching and team development skills further in more team lead and development roles. In my spare time I love to produce music, collect clothes and shoes and also stay fit and healthy at the gym.
