I spearheaded a manual geocoding effort to locate our insured buildings to rooftop precision. I've built rating engines in Fortran, R, and Python. My primary area of interest lies in research and development surrounding improved predictive modeling methods and personal lines ratemaking, including both classification rating and experience rating. I recently wrote a paper on diversification discounts which should be published in the next issue of the CAS journal Variance.
