Arkansas.gov is a subsidiary of NIC, a national company that partners with state and local governments to create and manage hundreds of e-commerce applications.Accomplishments:- Engineered complex, high-profile web solutions for Arkansas’s biggest state agencies, including DFA Drug and Alcohol Testing database, State Police FBI Civil Harvesting and the award-winning Governor Newsroom.- Led team of developers in launching Arkansas’s first e-government MOSS SharePoint public website (http://www.adhe.edu/).- Managed and developed dozens of applications in large multi-tier server environment with strict business process and tightly controlled security practices.- Worked on many different kinds of projects from different platforms: Mac OS X, Unix shell, Windows with a diverse group of developers and project managers in an extremely fast-paced environment.
