- Provide leadership for Taiwan-funded customer department of 5 employees, increasing profits and adhering to budget every quarter- Supervise different warehouse operation – Tuen Mun, San Tin, Futian Shenzhen and Yantian Shenzhen- Management of warehouse and sales, and the major business including Inland Bonded logistics, Warehouse value-added services, import and export transportation in China- Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics, ship schedules, traffic management and any customer concerns related to materials and logistics- Coordinate efforts between manufacturers, distributors, and sellers. Communicate with all parties to respond to their needs and optimize satisfaction- Cost control and increate revenue, engage in ongoing efforts to eliminate waste in supply chain
