1. Rich industry experience, having served as a chief representative abroad in Bangladesh, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Jordan, Isrsel and Canada for multiple international companies with extensive practical experience in overseas EPC projects. Familiar with the main manufacturers of high voltage power transformer, switchgear, cable, BESS etc. understanding the clients’ requirement per standard such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, CSA and related certification like UL/CUL, the terms of trading INCOTERM 2020 including DDP; 2. Electrical engineering background, successfully independently or leading the development of dozens of EPC projects in nearly ten countries globally, covering power equipment, energy storage, substation and power transmission transformation engineering. 3. Proficient in project lifecycle management, supply chain management, including development, bidding, contract negotiation, financing, procurement and subcontracting, execution, with skills in business negotiation and project risk management. Tracking record of achieving several large scale projects including several projects with financing (EPCF) over 100 millions US Dollars. 4. Fluent in English, capable of establishing subsidiaries and offices, with strong leadership experience and adept at building efficient project teams. 5. Familiar with multiple markets, especially with successful performance in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and North America, capable of adapting to different cultural environments and establishing government and corporate partnerships. 6. Skilled in new energy project development, with a proven track record of starting projects from scratch and achieving significant results in the Jordan, Israel, United States and Canada. 7. Possesses a basic knowledge of French, further enhancing cross-cultural communication abilities.
