1. In charge of the Asian-Pacific areas for market promotion and technical support for LED module & light engine products. 2. Provide new product introduction and training for Asian-Pacific sales; Market research; take part in new product definition and global roadmap planning.3. Product and project management, including in-house design, OEM/ODM type of products; coordinate with internal and external resources, risk management, to ensure the projects are carried out smoothly and successfully. 4. Lead design team for prototype making and new product development, choose the best solution with cost and performance balance. Lead products localization design.5. Make sure the products are compliant with standards and regulations. Be familiar with UL, Energy Star, DLC, CEC, Lighting Facts Label.6. Lean manufacturing, provide technical support for factory, solve the problems when building the light source products in factory.
