• Coordination: Plan coordinate monitor and support procurement for business within framework of policies and guideline. Responsible for coordinating with External partners such as Manufacturing unit, Internal such as Suppliers/Vendors• Sourcing: float inquiry to approved vendor based on provided specifications, provide clarifications to vendors • Planning: Engagement preparation, including setting up and managing specific project schedules that meet with company requirements. Strategically coordinated operations according to objective and capabilities, effectively allocating resources to meet demand.• Negotiations: Order placement, compare other issues with the vendor. Identify and develop vendors best in line with the target cost, quality and time schedules as per business requirement• Vendor Management: Monitor and follow-up on vendor activities, highlight potential delays. To ensure that corrective actions are taken to minimize/manage the delays/damages. Improve supplier performance on product, services & processes• Supply Chain Management: Maintain each part of the supply chain (starting from vendor selection, negotiation, generating PO, coordinating with the transporter & accounts department, and getting the stock in-house) • Pricing: Aim at getting best price from vendor within required timeframe to bag the order• Quality Checking: Strict inspection and monitoring quality of work by vendors, so that there will be no compromise in quality of material provided by them • Problem Solving: Applied excellent problem solving process development and strategic implementation skill to lead and support all areas of operation• Support the Operation Head: in procurement of accurate and timely status reporting, meeting both vendor and business requirements. Control and Governance of Quality• Accounting: Get in contact with suppliers and accounting team for ledger and review the same, to keep vendor and business on the same page.

• Underwriting of RTO work for Customer’s Registration Number• Create and update physical records and digital file to maintain current, accurate and compliant document• Implementation of policies and rules made by the management.• Handling company’s day to day Bank account transactions and payments• Carried out Documentation and branch operational activities, claims and events documentation• Ensure proper on-site supervision with acceptable uniforms, hygiene & good manners• Keeping record of employee’s attendance and working on salary structure or processing the same
