For almost 30 years I have been working in the footwear industry as a valued finance partner to the business leads with a high focus on international business. My experience includes working in global, regional and market roles including living overseas for several years. Planning, forecasting, and cash management are the core competencies within my day-to-day scope. In addition, I have helped establish local subsidiary organizations in overseas markets and continue to lead those finance teams. I have also co-led negotiations with International distributor partners in both converting owned subsidiaries to distributor models as well as expanding into new markets. I am considered by my peers and senior management as a strong finance leader with a commercial mindset and am involved in strategic initiatives to drive business forward.
