Jay is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and currently serves as the US Accounting & Internal Controls leader for Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory. In this role, he leads the Internal Audit, Information Technology & Specialized Assurance, Controllership, Securitization, Digital Controls, and Treasury offerings. He has more than 25 years of experience in providing IT and business advisory services to clients in various industries. He has provided guidance in SOX compliance, information technology auditing, finance transformation, enterprise risk management, cyber breach remediation, internal audit transformation, controls design and implementation, business process reengineering, internal control attestation, risk assessments, and system implementations. Jay currently serves several of Deloitte’s largest public clients.Jay has worked with Internal Audit, Information Technology, and Finance/Accounting management teams from many organizations on various internal controls matters.Previously, Jay led the Information Technology & Specialized Assurance practice. With this role, he was responsible for the deployment of our partners, principals, and managing directors on our attest clients while managing the overall operations of the practice. He is also on the board of Deloitte & Touche LLP.
