MS-SQL database changes are replicated every two hours and SAN data is replicated each night to third party provider in Seattle, WA. Full recovery of servers and systems is performed each year including the ability to process weekly payroll. ➢ Business Catalyst Responsible for Saving Money and Staff Time• Automated the HR Onboarding process. Designed system that was developed using Sharepoint Cloud to reduce new-hire manual form entry from 17 to 1 online form with defined approval workflows.• Significant time-savings through A/R Invoice processing automation. Designed system that was developed in OnBase with Levels of Approval workflows. This saved each project manager an average 8 hrs/wk and reduced invoice processing time and aged A/R.➢ Strategic Leader for Operations Improvement• Replaced obsolete digital phone system with Skype for Business hybrid solution combining premise and CloudPBX for rapid VoIP deployment. ROI of under two years.• Leveraged Sharepoint cloud development for project websites allowing external stakeholders (sub-contractors, suppliers, partners, etc.) secure collaboration ability without requiring access to the corporate network.• Created and chaired the Systems Steering Committee to evaluate and prioritize business and IT projects along with long-range strategic planning for IT infrastructure/services.
