Learned the channel sales operations process for the market leader for core network services, including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management, a category known as DDI. My main objective:Assisting with the new integration of multiple new systems at Infoblox, making sure their operational requirements are correct and that there is proper operational flow and working with our key partners to drive opportunities and sales through our two tier channel.
