  • Responsible for all aspects of Internal and external Recruiting and Account Management with Clients.• Interact with hiring managers and human resources to determine staffing needs (take Job Orders).• Procuring requirements from network simultaneously doing a cross recruiting along with sales of potential candidates in association with a recruiter.• Exclusively work with Tier one vendor for Corp to Corp requirements.• Effectively communicate with consultants through all exhaustive means.• Promptly and efficiently dealing with vendors for rate negotiation and following up with vendors over submittals till the logical end.• Generate Tier1 vendors based on various criteria’s which includes networking, references, websites, job-boards etc but not limited to geography, skill set and domain. • Revive and keep alive old agreements of the company with top notch vendors.• Updating the company’s centralized database (benSMS). • Continuously coordinating and interfacing with the client, servicing the client, and driving the client's projects to ensure client acceptance and satisfaction, and to generate new work.• Establish contacts with IT hiring managers/IT senior executives to build long-term relationships.• Implement sales strategies and close acceptable revenue deals.• Identifying current and future client service requirements and new opportunities.• Identifying new or enhanced Clients and Requirements.• Responsibilities include interaction with the Client to receive the requirements, submit the resources/Candidates, coordinate the interviews and close the business with the Clients.• Receiving timesheets from consultants by constant follow ups and speaking to the consultants about work hours.• Raise Invoicing to Clients and Vendors as per consultant’s time sheets.• Maintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, ageing analysis of Accounts Receivables.
