 Performs and executes duties as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Ground Combat Systems.  Communicates the organizational goals and direction from the Commander (General Officer) to workforce, while simultaneously communicating the workforce personnel’s views, beliefs and challenges to leadership.  Plans, resources, manages and execute all leadership ceremonies at the General Officer level.  Acted as the commands primary document staffing coordinator for over six months.  Manages COVID-19 reporting for the command, to include personal communication between the leadership and those most impacted by the pandemic and COVID-19 virus.  Plans, resources and executes all VIP visits to the command, to include General Officers and Senior Army Civilian leaders.

Daegu, South Korea

 Served as the Operations Sergeant Major for the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command.  Oversaw the administration and coordination of current operations, training support, force protection, strategic planning, and policy.  Managed logistical operations for 5,600 Soldiers within the Expeditionary Sustainment Command.  Provided detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendation on enlisted training, readiness, and resourcing. Managed the tracking for over 900 deliverables / tasks from Army Headquarters without missing a suspense. Managed the planning, resourcing and execution of over 20 military ceremonies that were conducted at the General Officer level. Directly responsible for 38 U.S. Military personnel, 7 Korean civilians, and 6 American civilians.

Waegwan, North Gyeongsang, South Korea

 Served as a First Sergeant for an Inland Cargo Transfer Company; responsible for the health, welfare, discipline, and training of all assigned members, oversaw all company administrative and maintenance matters.  Advised Leadership on personnel assignments, morale, promotions, planning, resourcing training, and employment of the company; assisted mission command by implementing command directives, policies, and procedure.  Was in charge of all cargo transfer aspects for the Korean peninsula, including the supervision and resupply of over a 200 active duty missions and training events. Actively managed over 185 Soldiers across multiple career fields and all associated vehicles, machinery, tools and special equipment, to include administering institutional schooling and leader forums.  Responsible for the professional development of 185 subordinates; ensured subordinates performed duties safely. Responsible for administrative duties including conducting performance evaluations, counseling statements, training, employment decisions, work directives, policies and procedures. Created and oversaw implementation of new training programs which increased the readiness of the Company.

 Served as the Sexual Assault and Response Coordinator for the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command providing Sexual Assault Response services to 5,600 Soldiers.  Ensured that the organization provided a Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program to all assigned Soldiers in accordance with policy and law.  Regularly exercised on-call emergency response teams for sexual assault reporting. Supervised, trained, and mentored 42 Victim Advocates on the implementation and execution of the organizations Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program.  Developed, and implemented a campaign plan to combat sexual assault and harassment within the command.  Fortified relationships with other agencies and organizations in community to meet client’s needs ensuring required services were provided. Established oversight of administrative procedures to meet objectives set by senior management. Provided direct service and support to clients, such as managing referrals for victim advocacy issues, conducting risk assessments, or resolving sexual harassment complaints.
