Haskell purchased and sold numerous existing buildings and successfully developed both an industrial park and a mixed use retail and office project. He currently owns both commercial and industrial properties. Recently asked to serve as a co-trustee of a Family Living Trust, Haskell has also been an expert witness, participated in professional trade association arbitration's and been a key contributor in legal mediation hearings. Numerous individuals have asked for his assistance with a variety of real estate matters including setting up family offices, existing tenant lease re-negotiations and management of existing properties.

During his fifteen years the firm grew from a four location industrial boutique to a ten office full service commercial brokerage company serving the five counties of greater Los Angeles. In 1998 the firm employed over 200 people who completed over $1,500,000,000 worth of office, industrial, retail and investment transactions and managed over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial properties. The firm was listed by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the fifth largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the area at the time.

Haskell began his real estate career as an industrial salesperson and was "rookie of the year." He was promoted to vice president/district manager of the recently opened south bay (Los Angeles) office in 1978. Under his management the office successfully doubled in revenues.
