Assisted in managing the development and building process of single sites containing over 200 structures and 300 units of both Multi and Single family dwellings. Performed scheduling, ensured all projects were performed in accordance with contractual and quality standards, vender sourcing, MS Project, Maxwell System Software, PlanGrid, field reports, oversaw and managed subcontractors(over 60 entities) through meetings and field collaboration, performance management of vendors/subcontractors, vender sourcing, materials management, safety and compliance management, site work management, took necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality and process were met, oversaw construction of buildings start to finish and worked closely with city officials for all stages of inspections through CO's to complete site close out.
