I have exceeded all personal kpis and business targets whilst performing this role and continue to deliver exceptional growth year on year of the highest trading store in the Anaconda business.I have delivered extensive change management in terms of performance management, effective recruitment, systems development to support improvements in day to day operations and establishment of retail and merchandising expectations considered now to be a business benchmark.I revised inefficient rostering practices to ensure resource allocations were in place to meet expenditure and customer service kpi's whilst ensuring appropriate training and direction given to achieve gains in overall store productivity and profitability.I have initiated multiple local area marketing campaigns as part of growing my customer base, two of which became nationally adopted programs. I have also implemented and trialled several reporting, performance management and team building protocols at store level which have been nationally endorsed including a Team Member of The Month / Year program and a collaborative PDA/PDP format which has allowed me to build strong succession planning protocols. I have also begun supporting the business by delivering training and induction of new store managers across multiple sites and states and working with our buying teams to align planned ranging to our customer demographic

Utilising global benchmark lean manufacturing principles to develop assembly process efficiency through continuous improvement of systems in consultation with all relevant stakeholders. Problem solving and developing cost effective assembly and rework processes to meet OH&S demands, mandatory requirements and customer expectations in heavily time critical environment.
