*Support the Equipment Technicians in any way possible so that their work may be completed correctly and in a timely manner *Researched equipment and component needs, sources, competitive prices, delivery times and lower operational costs*Provided engineering support and recommendations for new and existing equipment with regard to installation, upgrades and enhancement*Met daily with Process and Equipment Engineering to discuss issues in Diffusion and help provide a plan to resolve them*Maintained Preventive Maintenance logs on 114 pieces of equipment to make sure they were compliant with ISO standards*Adjusted and replaced defective and improperly functioning circuitry and electronics components, using hand tools and soldering iron*Performed preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems*Identified and resolved equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts*Worked as a Lead Technician on night shift maintaining approximately 110 Diffusion furnaces and 4 MPS Chambers*Experience on Kokusai Vertron J and Tel Alpha 8s furnaces as well as Jusung Eureka MPS Chambers
