Supervise on-shift distribution personnel (Dispatchers) on a 24/7 basis. Maintain proper dispatcher staffing levels for normal and emergency operations. Monitor overall system status and initiate emergency procedures during storms, system disturbances, and security events. Oversee system configuration and ensure maintenance of equipment/facilities affecting such.
