Manages the master schedule of a major Federal IT project. Creates a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and uses it to create and maintain a complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft (MS) Project. Uses generally accepted best scheduling practices. Assesses schedule performance and advises the team and client on preventive and corrective actions required. Tracks actual vs. planned vs. baseline. Creates tracking reports using MS Project 2007 & 2010 for various levels of client management.
