Jay Jocona has over 14 years experience of excellent design and coordination skills. He has worked on various projects across UAE, Singapore and Philippines, gaining a wealth of experience on architectural planning, design and construction in the Middle east and in South east Asia. He graduated on Bs Architecture in Adamson University and acquires his professional license for architectural practice in the Philippines on 2007.Demonstrated his ability to handle projects in a team environment and independently and has worked in varied capacities and stages on a wide range of projects like mixed use project developments, residential and commercial projects, education and on retail and hospitality sector. He also has undergone various career development training and advancement in construction and design.Prior to joining Aedas he was working in Singapore for 2 and a half years on a mixed use development project, an integrated development that comprise of residential blocks, a podium, a bus interchange, retail and f&b outlets. He was also involve in the construction of another landmark project which is a 240-room five star trendy boutique hotel connected to an adjacent luxurious residences at Singapore located in quayside.
