Learned how to utilise DWSIM, an open source process simulation software, in a more advanced way.Designed and simulated three reactive absorption columns for the absorption of Hydrogen Sulphide using Sodium Hydroxide, with two columns producing Sodium Sulphide and Sodium Hydrogen Sulphide, respectively, and the third column producing both.Calculated Enhancement Factor for the reactive absorption column and used in theoretical calculation for the designing of Absorption Column. Theoretical calculations were validated with simulated results and reasons for deviations were reported.
