Senior Tax Partner
CurrentMr. Donovan is a client service partner with Gelman, LLP. He works primarily with entrepreneurially owned businesses, business owners and individual and fiduciary clients with complex tax issues. This includes compliance with foreign reporting requirements, multi-state taxation issues and representation before taxing authorities. Mr. Donovan focuses on tax compliance, consulting and planning services, working closely with clients to help them increase and maintain wealth in a tax efficient manner. He brings over 30 years of tax department oversight and quality control experience to Gelman.
