Alway's looking to improve or innovate. I've stepped on many toes with ideas that were new and untried, but have had great results. ( Sorry to them ) . I speak my mind and shoot straight ( off to the right some times,.. but no one is perfect ! ).Very open to change and or changing the status quo to a higher bar. I expect and respect professionalism with co-workers and do put up with whiners to a point. Past that point they can expect to be adjusted . I have very little patience with people consumed by text information received by their cell phone when it's on my dime. My message to users of this device is to use such on your time not mine.I am a very fair person . My objectives include; learning, observing,making suggestion, innovating, streamlining in the occupation I am currently in. Logistics , Think Tanks , Company Policies , Public Relations, and Design are also a forte'. Our objectives ( as my wife is also by my side ) are ; joining a winning group with values focused on the people that can and will excel, mentoring those people to make improvements beyond what we've innovated. Joining a group of people in an endeavor to make things better for our children and our world.
