My career to date has helped develop a number of key skills:• M&A/Private Equity Experience – In-depth knowledge and front line experience of multiple equity market transactions and their associated work streams (covering Due Diligence, commercial negotiations and funding process for both buying and selling parties) and successfully managing and exceeding the expectations of private equity investors and associated stakeholders. • Change Management – business turnaround/systems implementation – Extensive experience of managing multiple agendas within the context of rapidly changing business environments, encompassing business turnaround/operational improvement programmes, M&A integrations & large IT systems implementation projects. • People Management – Building and maintaining a large, motivated, highly performing team including through periods of rapid change. • Stakeholder Relationship Management – Experience of, and comfortable with, being the front line point of contact for key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, private equity investors, banks, Insurers (including risk management aspects), pension providers & external auditor relationship management. My career to date has provided a rounded portfolio of experience within business turnaround, management of rapid growth, leadership, dispute resolution and stakeholder engagement across all levels. I have had front line exposure to several ‘sell side’ & ‘buy side’ equity transactions and bank refinancing cycles.
