• Oversight of all operational aspects of a mid-sized commercial printing company focused in the automotive advertising area. Versa-Tags prints advertising materials and items for a large majority of car dealerships nationwide.• Managed a team (directly and indirectly) of nearly 80 production employees. In the areas of customer service and sales, art & graphic design, screen, digital and flexographic printing, die cutting, inspection, shipping, and inventory control.• Responsible for process improvement and adherence within the production facility.• Ensured that products were delivered on time and with the highest quality possible within budget.

• Directly and through subordinate employees administered Epicor ERP application.• Managed a team of Accountants and Accounting Clerks in the daily processing of financial transaction.• Oversight of A/R, A/P, Cost Accounting, and Cash Management functions. • Managed one Application Support Technician and a contracted team of IT Helpdesk to complete all daily IT functions.• Led an extremely successful implementation of a new ERP system (Epicor ERP 10), migrated from Vantage 8. In the process of the system rollout, implemented business process in numerous areas (customer service, production planning, accounting, etc.) allowing the business to scale and grow in the following years without needing additional headcount.• Monthly reporting of financial data to key stakeholders. • Financial analysis and cost-benefit analysis for new initiatives.

• Accepted and investigated complaints from Missouri residents or against Missouri businesses.• Interviewed and interacted with victims, witnesses, and suspects of crimes.• Wrote legal reports for presentation to attorneys and in courtroom settings, as well as participated in courtroom testimony.

• Primary Detective for department, investigating all felony crimes (sex crimes, cybercrimes, serious assaults, burglaries, drug violations, etc.)• In addition to inner-jurisdiction tasks, was detached part-time to St. Charles County Cybercrime Unit, where I assisted in investigations involving the use of technology.• Effected arrests, ranging from misdemeanor traffic violations to high-risk felony arrest warrants.
