The Broadway League is the national trade association for the Broadway industry. Our 700-plus members include theatre owners and operators, producers, presenters, and general managers in North American cities, as well as suppliers of goods and services to the commercial theatre industry. Each year, League members bring Broadway to more than 30 million people in New York and more than 200 cities across the U.S. and Canada.The Broadway League, along with the American Theatre Wing, co-presents the Tony Awards - the annual televised awards show for the Broadway Theatre Industry. As Director of Marketing for the Tony Awards, I have developed numerous events and partnerships to promote the Tonys telecast and Broadway's "Biggest Night." From producing a televised preview show to the Tony Awards red carpet, my work with the show's producers in synergistic marketing surrounding the Tonys has been momentous in bringing national attention to Tony Award-nominated Broadway shows and Tony Awards partners and sponsors.As Director of Marketing and Business Development, I lead a team responsible for the marketing of “Broadway” both in New York and on the road through industry-wide marketing programs. I am also responsible for acquisition and fulfillment of partnership and sponsorship marketing programs for Broadway and the Tony Awards, catered specifically to the strategies and needs of partners.
